Speaker: Dale Mayerson is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator. She has worked in long term care for many years, as dietitian and as quality/education co-ordinator, and is currently teaching at several colleges. She is author of “Clinical Care Manual for Nutrition Managers” and co-authored “Menu Planning in LTC and RH” manuals. She volunteers with Dietitians of Canada advocating for LTC residents and staff.
