Home blenderized tube feeding is an area of growing interest for patients receiving long-term enteral nutrition. This presentation will review the benefits and disadvantages, as well as appropriate candidates for home blenderized tube feeding. A case study will be used to discuss essential steps to implementing a nutrition care plan for patients motivated and capable of preparing blenderized formula.
