This session is a lightning round of brief presentations on new approaches in diabetes management, mentoring interns, the unique partnership BC FHT dietitians have set up with Zehrs stores, the Danish GLA:D Osteoarthritis (OA) that is currently being introduced in Canada, and the Palliative Care and FHT partnership established at Hospice Simcoe.
